These Terms govern your use of our website, mobile experience, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms are prepared in line with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, applicable Consumer Protection regulations, and other laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where those rights cannot lawfully be restricted.
1. About Muzhela
We display our store identity, contact details, and commercial information on our website and order pages as required for e-commerce stores operating in Saudi Arabia. Prices shown on our store are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise and, where applicable, include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15% in accordance with ZATCA requirements.
2. Eligibility & Account
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority under applicable law in Saudi Arabia, or that you use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account, including your name, mobile number, email address, and delivery address within Saudi Arabia (region, city, and district where required).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One customer account should not be used to abuse promotions, coupons, or referral offers.
3. Products & Product Information
Our products are sold online through Muzhela. Availability, colours, sizes, and styles may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display abaya colours, fabrics, and measurements accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or fabric batches.
If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative, a later shipment, or a cancellation with a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Custom-size, altered, or made-to-order abayas are produced according to the measurements and options you submit. Please review your selections carefully before confirming payment.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order (for example, due to stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failed verification). Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until the order is processed and prepared for dispatch.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors before dispatch. If the correct price differs from the price displayed, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed or cancel.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include cash on delivery (COD), Mada, credit/debit cards, and other methods we make available from time to time. You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount, including product price, VAT, shipping, and any applicable fees disclosed at checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times and shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your selected region, city, and district within Saudi Arabia. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier capacity, public holidays, weather, or other events outside our control.
If we are unable to deliver within the agreed period (or within 15 days where no period was agreed, unless a force majeure event applies), you may have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund under applicable Saudi e-commerce rules.
Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided, or when the courier confirms delivery, whichever occurs first under applicable law.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Your right to return, exchange, or cancel eligible purchases is explained in our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Under Saudi e-commerce regulations, consumers generally have the right to cancel a contract and return products within seven (7) days of receipt, provided the product has not been used or benefited from, subject to lawful exceptions (such as customized items).
Defective, damaged, counterfeit, or materially misdescribed products are handled in accordance with Saudi consumer protection rules and our return procedures.
7. Promotions, Coupons & Offers
Discount codes, promotional offers, and campaign deals are subject to the terms displayed at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotional value is not refundable in cash after an order is placed, and offers cannot be combined where prohibited.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw promotions at any time. Abuse of promotions (including multiple accounts or fraudulent use) may result in order cancellation or account restriction.

To the extent permitted by law, Muzhela shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services, except where such limitation is not allowed by applicable regulations.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, utility failures, courier disruptions, or other force majeure events recognized under applicable law.
13. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about your order, please contact our customer support first so we can try to resolve it promptly.
You may also lodge a commercial complaint with the Ministry of Commerce through its official channels, including the unified number 1900 and the Ministry’s e-services, in accordance with Saudi consumer protection procedures.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Competent courts and authorities in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection remedies available to you.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
